Director of Financial Resources

Carol Williams is a specialist in charitable giving with an unmatched enthusiasm for community advocacy that encourages her peers to engage with her philanthropic missions.

Following high school, Carol migrated from Jamaica to California, U.S., where she has since built her career. Carol is currently Manager/Supervisor of Election Services and Charitable Giving Coordinator to the LA County RRCC and heads the Election and Document Proc. Services. 

With 60 awards under her belt for her charitable work with organizations, Ms. Williams is known for her philanthropic spirit. She recently received the Super Volunteer Award for the County of Los Angeles, and she has made it her mission to ensure the county’s little residents get a healthy start in life. 

Carol has seen significant success with other charitable organizations, such as March of Dimes, and NAJASO, making a tremendous impact on turning the financial sector in the positive direction and staging their annual conventions in the various States held and in Jamaica. These conventions typically feature presentations from past and present Jamaican ambassadors, Jamaican Prime Ministers, Members of Parliament, Custos, Ministers of Government, Scientists, and Educators all at one event.

At the Jamaican Museum and Cultural Center, Carol serves as Director of Financial Resources, and plays a critical role in ensuring that JMCC has the resources to achieve our goals for our community.
